Enquiries and attachments
Your enquiry and files are stored privately for project evaluation and follow-up. Drawings and project information are kept strictly confidential and are not disclosed to unrelated third parties. Notifications list attachments; downloads require an authenticated administrator.
Website analytics
We use a random browser identifier for up to 90 days to understand visits, page sequences, button clicks, scroll depth, video interactions, language and enquiry completion. Landing-page campaign and front/back attribution continues within the visit. We measure active page time, pausing when hidden, unfocused or idle for 60 seconds. The server stores a keyed hash rather than your browser identifier, and retains analytics for 90 days. We do not record form contents, keystrokes or file contents in analytics. We cannot identify the same person across devices or observe activity in external apps. IP addresses are used locally to estimate country/region and are not stored in analytics. We also record the entry referrer domain, bounded source/medium/campaign tags and a browser automation signal to assess visit quality. Full referrer URLs and their query parameters are not stored.
Administration
Admin login uses a necessary session cookie. Articles, uploaded images and contact details are stored by the backend. Only published articles are listed publicly.
